Profit Warning – 2026

In accordance with the Capital Markets (Public Offers, Listings and Disclosures) Regulations and the Nairobi Securities Exchange Listing Requirements

The Board of Directors of Olympia Capital Holdings Limited wishes to notify its shareholders, investors and the general public that the Group’s earnings for the financial year ended 28 February 2026 are expected to be significantly lower than those reported for the financial year ended 29 February 2025.

Based on the financial performance for the year ended 28 February 2026, profit attributable to shareholders of the Company declined compared to the previous financial year, representing a decrease of more than 25%.

The reduction in profitability was principally attributable to:

• A decline in Group revenue;
• Increased operating costs across the Group;
• Higher finance costs during the year; and

Despite these challenges, the Group remained profitable and recorded a positive profit after tax for the year ended 28 February 2026.

Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until the full audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2026 have been published.
